Five-minute operating manual

No database cylinders. No architecture vocabulary.

  1. Add: double-click empty canvas space; the new box finds the nearest open spot.
  2. Navigate: zoom in or out, return to 100%, or use Fit map to see the whole fight.
  3. Expand: drag boxes or loose connector ends toward the right or bottom edge; more board appears automatically.
  4. Define: click a box and use the inspector.
  5. Move: drag the box.
  6. Connect: drag its amber dot onto another box, or use Connect this box in the side panel, once for each distinct function.
  7. Explain: click each line and name its specific reason, responsibility, or deliverable.
  8. Go deeper with Pro: Commercial Meaning, Follow the Money, Spec gaps, advanced AI preparation, and cloud tools come after the free relationship map is clear.
  9. Inspect with Pro: switch View to Money or Spec gaps without changing the underlying map.
  10. Rewire: drag either selected endpoint to another box.
  11. Detach: drop an endpoint on blank canvas; reconnect it later.
  12. Delete: select a box or line and press Delete. Undo is always there.
  13. Find: search the alphabetical Map outline and click a result to center it.
  14. Save: click Save map; use Save as or Duplicate for a separate scenario.
  15. Hand off: export the plain map or choose exactly which advanced scopes to include for the AI you use.
