The fastest safety move is still simple: keep a JSON export of important maps, even when a signed-in cloud copy exists.
Where are my maps?
Save map keeps a free browser-local copy. An active Pro subscriber can use Save to cloud to store a copy that can be opened on another device after signing in with the same GitHub account.
How do I move a map?
Choose Export JSON for a portable file. On another browser or device, open Ecosystem Map and choose Import JSON.
How do I give the map to an AI?
Choose Prepare for AI, select any AI or a preset for Codex, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, or a local/open-source model, then copy the readable briefing or download the complete handoff JSON.
What does Pro add?
Commercial Meaning, Follow the Money, Money and Spec Gaps views, advanced AI handoff scopes, cloud maps, automatic backup while a cloud map is open, 90-day revision history, private view-only links, and personal template flags. SVG and print/PDF export remain available in the free mapper.
How do I manage or cancel Pro?
Open the Pro pricing page while signed in and choose Manage billing. Stripe's customer portal shows the subscription, invoices, payment method, and cancellation controls.

For now, ask for help in the ChatGPT or Codex conversation where Ecosystem Map is installed. Include the map name, browser, what you clicked, and—when safe—the exported JSON. A durable public support address will be added before the paid service is opened to customers.
